Good value, some setup quirks

We recently purchased a 'kit domotica per b&b' from Guestkey. The value for the features included was quite good, especially compared to some other systems we looked at. Delivery took a little longer than expected, around 8 days to reach us, but everything arrived well-packaged. The RFID readers work reliably, and the software integration is decent. My main critique would be that the initial setup instructions could be a bit clearer for someone who isn't super tech-savvy. We eventually got it all working, but it required a bit more troubleshooting than anticipated. Customer service was responsive when we had a question, which was a plus. Overall, a solid choice for the price, just be ready for a bit of a learning curve during installation.

Got a good deal on these

Easy to use system

Since they're based in Italy, it'll probably take a bit. I'd expect at least a couple weeks for international shipping. Their site might have more info on that.

From what I remember reading, they say it's pretty straightforward, like most door locks. But they do offer install help if you're worried.

I've used GuestKey for a smaller hotel and they've been solid. Haven't had issues. Not sure how they compare directly to Salto but for the price point, they're good.

GuestKey is pretty reliable. For B&Bs specifically, I think they offer a good balance of features and cost. Salto is also good but maybe overkill for some smaller places.
